CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER REQUEST FORM

Please complete the below form if you wish to cancel your place on a trackday, or transfer it to another driver.

Cancellations/Transfers Terms and Conditions :

a). Up to 10 days before an even you may request a credit or refund using our Cancellation Request Form, if the event is currently sold out then the booking will need to be replaced first before a either can be actioned.

b). Within 10 days of an event (open pit/non club event) you may request a credit using our Cancellation Request Form.

All refunds made are subject to a £20 administration fee.

Credits are issued against the individual who booked the event and cannot be transferred to a different account. Only the person who made the original booking is authorised to request any changes be made and all requests must be made in writing.

c). No refunds will be offered for club events (credit only).

d). Within 48 hours of the event date no refunds or credits will be issued.

e). Name transfer of main driver is subject to a £15 administration fee.
 
Any refunds / credits for bookings cancelled by clients are solely at Trackday-Solutions Ltd discretion.
